 Welcome to BILIARDO & CO. By entering or using this facility, equipment, seating areas, walkways, outdoor areas, food services, or participating in any activity on the premises, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with such use.

BILIARDO & CO., its owners, employees, affiliates, and operators shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, allergic reaction, property damage, loss, or other harm arising from the normal use, misuse, accidental use, or participation in activities including but not limited to:

• Billiards / pool tables 
• Snooker tables 
• Carom billiards tables 
• Foosball tables 
• Darts and dart equipment 
• Ping pong / table tennis 
• Chess, cards, and board games
• Seating areas, tables, chairs, counters, or furniture 
• Sidewalks, walkways, entrance areas, and exterior seating areas 
• Cues, balls, racks, bridges, chalk, lighting, or any other equipment or fixtures on the premises 

Guests acknowledge that billiards, darts, foosball, and similar recreational activities may involve inherent risks including accidental contact, falls, slipping, tripping, impact injuries, equipment misuse, or other unforeseen incidents.

All guests are responsible for:

• Using equipment safely and responsibly 
• Supervising minors in their care 
• Avoiding reckless behavior or misuse of equipment 
• Respecting posted rules and staff instructions 

BILIARDO & CO. does not prepare cooked meals from raw ingredients. We offer packaged snacks, beverages, ready-made foods, and heated items including pizza and similar products obtained from third-party suppliers.

While we strive to maintain proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices, BILIARDO & CO. assumes no liability for:

• Allergic reactions 
• Ingredient sensitivities 
• Foodborne illness 
• Packaging defects 
• Consumption-related injuries or health conditions 

Guests are responsible for reviewing ingredients and consuming products at their own discretion.

By remaining on the premises, all guests acknowledge and agree that use of the facility and participation in activities are entirely at their own risk.

BILIARDO & CO. shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising from:

• Normal use 
• Improper use 
• Negligence of other guests 
• Equipment failure 
• Accidental conduct 
• Recreational activity participation 
• Weather conditions 
• Exterior walkway conditions 
• Or any other activity connected to the premises or business operations 

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for unsafe, reckless, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
